"In Him, the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord." Ephesians 2:21
What does it mean to be a part of Rise YTH?
We believe we are the temple of God, with Christ as our cornerstone, and we each serve as part of the holy temple that includes all believers. At Rise, the Bible is taught and studied, and we are growing meaningful relationships that extend outside Wednesday evening gatherings.
The mission of Rise is to show students Christ's love and grace by meeting the students where they are, building a biblical understanding of the gospel, guiding them on how to apply that understanding in their own lives, and how to share it with others. We endeavor to create lifelong laborers who are passionately seeking to glorify God and making Him known to the world around them.

Fall 2026: Christ Above All. No Longer the Same.
At RISE YTH this fall, we’re jumping into Colossians and Philemon. These two books give us a really cool picture of who Jesus is and what it looks like when knowing Him actually changes the way we live.
Colossians keeps pointing us back to the fact that Christ is above all. He’s not just one part of our lives or someone we add into the mix. He is over everything, and our whole lives are meant to be centered around Him. Then in Philemon, we get to see what that looks like in a really practical way, especially in how we love, forgive, and treat other people.
We’ll talk about what it means to be rooted in Christ, put off the old way of living, live out our new identity, and let the gospel actually change us from the inside out.
Because when Christ is above all, we’re no longer the same.
Whether you’ve been around church your whole life or you’re just starting to ask questions, there’s a place for you at RISE. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Just come as you are and let’s dig into God’s Word together.
